All Raenna pieces, curated and crafted, are carefully made with high quality materials. We use electroplating of 14k or 18k gold onto durable stainless steel or brass to make most of our pieces. For you, this plating means generally little maintenance. Our pieces do not tarnish, however, gold plated jewellery is susceptible to natural wear and will eventually lose some of its colour over time. We are confident in the quality of our products and we assure you that your jewellery will remain beautiful for a long time if you take good care of them. HOW TO WEAR

• First thing - be intentional about taking good care of your jewellery. Show them love and they last longer.

• If you will be involved in any physical activity that could damage your jewellery, take them off.

​

• An insider tip, your jewellery should be the last thing you put on before going out and the first thing you remove once you get home.

​HOW TO STORE & CLEAN

• ​Store your jewellery properly: Keep your jewellery in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight. Avoid storing jewellery in damp or humid conditions, as this can cause tarnish and corrosion. If you have multiple pieces, store them separately to avoid scratches and tangles. 

• Clean your jewellery regularly: Use a soft, lint-free cloth to gently wipe away any dirt or grime. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, as these can damage the surface of your jewellery. 

• Handle your jewellery with care: Avoid wearing your jewellery while performing activities that could damage it, such as sports, manual labor, or household chores. Be gentle when putting on and taking off your jewellery, and avoid pulling or tugging on it.

• Protect your jewellery from damage: You can protect your jewellery from damage by wearing it in appropriate situations and using protective storage, such as jewellery boxes with soft lining or individual jewellery pouches. You can also use protective coatings, such as jewellery cleaner or wax, to help prevent tarnish and scratches. 

• ​When not being worn, store in a safe, dry place to protect against the elements of daily exposure. 

• Store pieces separately to avoid damage. 

• Ensure pieces are completely dry before storing.

• Keep your jewellery away from perfumes or harsh chemicals.

• Store your jewellery in your Raenna pouch or box and keep out of direct sunlight.

• Handle your pieces with care so they do not fall. Where they do, they may chip and we don't want that.
