STANDARD DELIVERY FOR LAGOS

SAME DAY DELIVERY FOR LAGOS
ISLAND: Orders placed on or before 3pm MON-SAT
MAINLAND: Orders placed on or before 12pm MON-SAT
ALL OTHER STATES WITHIN NIGERIA: 3-7 working days
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We offer worldwide shipping to all countries in the world with an estimated shipping within 5 - 10 working days.International orders may be subject to tariff, taxes, duties and other fees per the destination country laws and regulations. These charges are not included in the fees during checkout and you would be required to pay these charges upon delivery.
CUSTOMER UNAVAILABILITY FOR DELIVERY (WITHIN NIGERIA)
Please Note; If a customer is unavailable to receive a package despite being pre-notified by the courier and delivery has been attempted twice, the customer would be required to pay an extra fee.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds. All sales are final. However, we offer exchanges in certain cases. Please see our exchange policy below.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
We hope that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase but if there is a rare case that you are not, we will do our best to exchange the items for you. We ONLY offer exchange for unworn items purchased within Nigeria. Please note that exchanges are offered on a case by case basis. Returned merchandise should be accompanied with the original packaging and must not show any signs of wear. Please note that exchanges are subject to delivery charges.
To request a return, please email hello@raenna.co within 3 days of receiving your item(s) and please include EXCHANGE REQUEST and your order number in the subject line. Please allow up to 72 business hours for our team to get back to you with next steps. Once we receive the return to our warehouse in the required conditions, we will send you a payment link for shipping and process the exchange after we have received payment for the shipping. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.
RAENNA reserves the right to refuse an exchange based on invalid reasons and also return any item we receive in unsatisfactory conditions to the customer at their cost.
